Her lineage is something we were looking after : Daughter of Snowmass Sub-Zero and grand daughter of Lancaster on her dam side. Our breeding idea, at least for the first year is quite precise and well, the future will tell us if we were right.
Her first cria from Accoyo of America Kashmir is a lovely female with extremely fine and crimpy fleece ( Shalimar Kashmir Mist) .at 2 years of age she has a Mean Fiber Diameter of 18.9 microns and a comfort factor of 99.6%.
Her second cria, from TP Matrix jubilee is a very compact white male ( Shalimar Neroli) at 14 month of age he has a Mean Fiber Diameter of 17.7 microns with a comfort factor of 99.5%
Her third cria, born 05/25/2020 ( Shalimar Nahema)is a beige female, from Shalimar Valentino , one of the faster grower of the 2020 class, she has a very nice fleece, following the path of her dam.She is part of our 5 best at the farm. Nahema has been bred for a 2026 cria.
Her fourth cria born 07/03/2021( Shalimar Alaska) is a white female from Hilltop's carbon Copy with a lovely fleece, She is a quite big girl with a very similar head and fleece form her dam.
Her fifth cria born in 2023 is a light fawn female ( Shalimer Icelandic ) from our Shalimar Valentino who always give crias with exceptional fleece.
Her sixth cria born in May 2025, from Strongshepherd Apollo by Koolossal :Shalimar Sochi, is another female, the densest cria ever born at our farm with the exact color of her sire.
At 10 years old her fleece is still 19.9 micron with a comfort factor of 97.7% and a mean curvature at 54.5 deg/mm
